Using SimpCAD X

You may download and use SimpCAD X for free, for personal and commercial projects. The designs you make are yours.

What you may not do

You may not copy, resell, rename, repackage or redistribute the program, or take it apart to copy its code, without written permission from Ben Rigney. Please link to this website instead of uploading the program elsewhere.

Shared designs

Only share designs you have the right to share. Don't share anything illegal, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights. Shared designs can be reported and removed, and are deleted after 30 days.

No warranty

SimpCAD X is provided as it is, without warranty. Always check a design before printing or relying on it, especially for parts that carry loads or could cause harm if they fail. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
